Julie Wray
Julie Wray is the Coordinator for Instructional Technology at Howard County Public Schools. She has served as a Kindergarten and first grade teacher, technology resource teacher, and instructional facilitator. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Technology and certificate in Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University. She is an adjunct instructor for the Technology for Educators program at Johns Hopkins University.
Julie has served as a consultant for the Maryland State Department of Education's (MSDE) College and Career Readiness Support Project, which created online professional development courses designed to enhance teaching and learning through technology and principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Julie and her staff provide ongoing guidance and support to the curriculum offices in Howard County as they design and implement UDL based tools, curriculum resources, and formative assessments.

Lisa Katz
Lisa Katz is an Instructional Technology specialist with 18+ years experience working with a variety of stakeholders at the local, state and national levels. Lisa was a secondary social studies teacher, worked as an instructional specialist at the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and as a teacher education program coordinator for secondary Social Studies at the University of Maryland College Park. Lisa holds a BA in History Education from the University of Delaware and a MLS from University of Maryland, College Park. As an instructional technology specialist for Howard County Public Schools, Lisa works with teachers and curriculum specialists to redesign curriculum for digital delivery, online professional learning, instructional design, and infusing UDL and technology into professional development opportunities and curricular materials.
